These terms govern your use of solchekk (the "Service") at solchekk.com, including the website, the browser extension, and any Telegram or Discord bots we operate. By using the Service you agree to them.

Not financial advice. solchekk is a research and screening tool. Nothing it produces is financial, investment, or trading advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell anything. A passing score means only that the specific red flags we check for were not present at the time of the check — it does not mean a token is safe, legitimate, or going to rise. Most memecoins lose all value. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

What the Service does

solchekk analyses public, on-chain data about Solana tokens and presents a 0–100 confidence score with the reasons behind it, along with related tools such as a live launch board, trending data, and wallet tracking. The data comes from third-party sources and public blockchains and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability.

Accounts

You may create an account with an email address or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You may not use the Service to break the law, abuse or overload our systems, scrape or resell our data, attempt to bypass usage limits or payment, or harm others.
We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the Service or these terms.

Plans, credits and payment

The Service offers free checks and optional paid plans and credit packs. Prices are shown before purchase.
Payment is made in SOL on the Solana blockchain. We never take custody of your funds beyond the payment you send, and we never ask for your private keys or seed phrase.
A paid plan grants a monthly allowance for its term; bought credit packs do not expire. Allowances that are not used do not roll over unless stated.
Because access is delivered immediately and on-chain payments are irreversible, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If a payment is charged but access is not granted, contact us and we will fix it.

Your content

If you paste an address or upload a screenshot to be read, you confirm you have the right to do so. Screenshots are processed in memory to extract a contract address and are not stored. You keep ownership of anything you submit.

Intellectual property

The Service, its design, text, logos and software are owned by solchekk and may not be copied, resold, or used to build a competing product without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, solchekk is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or your reliance on its data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service or these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
